we're thankful for our time together, the two lives that became one. those years spent making memories are ours and ours alone. although we have traveled on, our life together doesn't end nor does it veer off course, it just keeps going, turning into something else. never to be the same again, we'll keep with us our time spent loving and learning. for us there will always be, tucked away out of plain sight, a safe place within our hearts for each other. one day, when the years are all behind us and we're left with our reflections, we'll see the roses our lives have made and like the flowers in our sights, we too will bloom with gratitude.
