so it begins. we're jumping back into some yoga. not on my list of goals for this year, but it should be. after years of participating in strenuous sports activities, my body needs some major stretch time. i've found i can concentrate better, move more fluidly into poses, and have an all around more pleasant experience during 90 minutes of bikram than other forms of yoga.
